LEASE WITH PEACE OF MIND
It’s important to us that you love your new home. If you are not satisfied with your apartment home during the first 7 days of your lease, you are able to change your mind, cancel your lease agreement and move out within 30 days without penalty.
THE NITTY GRITTY
- You will sign a lease agreement for the full duration of the lease term. You will pay a deposit, fees and rent according to the lease agreement.
- If you choose to move-out within the first 7 days of occupancy simply notify us in writing of your intent to vacate
- We will confirm back in writing of our receipt of your notice
- We will waive any lease break fees outlined in the lease agreement
- Any costs associated with moving will be your responsibility
- Any pre-paid rent and deposit will be refunded, with the exception of the days you occupied the apartment and any charges incurred for damages, cleaning or utilities
- You must vacate your apartment within 30 days of moving in
- This offer may only be used once and does not apply to current residents or renewal lease agreements

Absolutely love my apartment complex. The leasing staff and maintenance are extremely friendly, and have helped with any problems that have arisen quickly. I have lived at The Aster for about 4 months and it has been great. The apartments are all high-end and spacious, even having a one bedroom. My unit also came with an electric fireplace which I wasn’t expecting but a great surprise. The staff is what sets this apart from many apartment communities, they’re fast to respond to emails, phone calls and any requests you may have about your unit or the property.- Erik
loved living at the Aster! The staff tries hard to ensure property is clean and that residents are happy. It’s such a nice building and near everything. They also have a great coffee machine! The fitness center also has pelaton bikes. During Covid19 shutdown , the office bought cloth masks for residents, started picking up our trash outside of our door, planned events online for us and closed amenities for our safety. Right before I moved out they just reopened amenities.- Adam

I feel that the residents are the biggest issue. They are not respectful of the common areas with both noise level and cleanliness. The people who work for the building are wonderful and do their best to keep up but I fully expected the residents at a price point such as this to not throw trash on the ground, drop things and not pick them up, not clean up after their dogs, mess up the elevators .- Melissa
